Returns

Because fragrance is a hygiene product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused bottles with the seal intact, within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged — this is standard for perfumes and protects every customer who buys from us.

Not sure a scent is for you? That's exactly what our Discovery Set is for — try all six in 2ml vials before committing to a full bottle, with the set price fully redeemable against your full-size purchase.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the item and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

How to start a return

WhatsApp us at [NUMBER] or email support@almaboss.com with your order number. Once the returned item passes inspection (seal intact), your refund is processed within [5–7] business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer — we'll ask for your details.

Non-returnable: opened bottles, Discovery Sets with any vial opened, gift cards, and items bought during clearance events (marked on the product page).

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, wait for delivery and follow the return process.
