Shipping policy

Dispatch: orders placed before [2 PM IST] ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day.
Delivery time: metros [2–4] business days; rest of India [4–7] business days. You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp/email the moment your order ships.
Shipping cost: free standard shipping on all orders above ₹[499]. Orders below: ₹[79] flat.
Cash on Delivery: available across India. COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch. COD fee: [₹99].
Serviceability: we ship anywhere our courier partners ([Delhivery/Bluedart/Shiprocket partners]) reach. If your PIN code isn't serviceable at checkout, contact us and we'll find a way.
Delays: during festive seasons or extreme weather, add [1–2] days. If tracking hasn't moved for 72 hours, message us — we chase the courier so you don't have to.
International: we currently ship within India only.
